Do I have to pay for your services?
No. Our clients pay us a fee when a candidate we introduce commences
employment with them.

Is your service confidential?
Yes. We have come across far too many stories from our candidates, where they
have registered their CV with an agency which has subsequently landed on the
desk of their own manager. Clearly this is something to be avoided at all costs!
We will not discuss your details or forward any CV or other information to any
client without first gaining your express permission to do so on a case by case
basis.

Do you recruit
Trainees?
Not normally - but roles do come up from time to time. The best thing to do is
to approach the High Street banks directly as these companies recruit trainees
most frequently. If you speak to the Financial Advisers in your local branches
then they will put you in touch with the right people (in most cases, these
people will receive a cash incentive for referring you, so it is in their
interest to make sure you speak to the right person). Another good company to
approach would be the CIS (www.cis.co.uk)

We recruit nationwide - although our coverage is Northern Ireland is not too
strong. Our national clients tend to have offices in the following areas:
