| Details Established Financial Advisers required to join one of the countries most successful National IFA companies. Dealing with A&B customers you will be providing advice on the full range of products with particular attention to IHT, Long Term Care & Investment Planning. The company sits on the Solicitors & Accountancy panel and have a good source of professional introducers. In addition to this there is a wide range of sales support and expertise to fall back on. The company firmly believes in Financial Advice rather than product sales - and as such you will need to have evidence of achievement with a holistic approach. The company is fully geared towards field-based consultants and you have the option of working from the offices if you are within commuting distance. The availability of a client bank to work from varies with each location so you do not necessarily need an existing bank of clients to work from. We will be able to advise you of the local support available when we speak to you. REQUIREMENTS: -> Full FPC or CeFA -> A minimum of 2 years Regulated Sales experience -> Ideally IFA experience but not essential if you have the right aptitude to HNW / Investment advice PACKAGE: This company is one of the few to provide a Renewal Buy-Out scheme. The package consists of the following: -> Basic £25,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience, qualifications & clients) -> Quarterly Bonus -> Car Allowance (approx £5k depending on grade) + expenses -> 10% non-contributory GPP -> PHI -> DIS -> Renewal Buyout scheme -> State of the art Laptop and all home-office technology (regardless of whether you are home of office based) -> Sales support (normally 1 PA / Paraplanner for every 4 consultants. Where a consultant produces more than £200k then they will get their own PA) General Eligibility Note: Financial Services is a highly regulated industry and most Financial Adviser, Mortgage Adviser and Sales Manager jobs require applicants to have the relevant qualifications and FSA authorisations. Financial Advisors / Consultants all require the Full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) and CAS (Competent Adviser Status). Most Mortgage Advice roles require CeMAP or MAQ along with RMA Status (Registered Mortgage Adviser).
