Average length of service here is 10 years which is exceptional for the industry. The firm rarely recruits senior roles externally so there is excellent career progression potential. Because the majority of these vacancies are down to expansion, the vacancy locations may look a little vague - where this is the case there will be a number of branches within the given area and the manager has the flexibility to decide with you which branch would be best. Package [Average earnings 2004 = £42,150] -> Basic range £21-30k -> London weighting £1200-£3450 -> Protected earnings -> Qtrly bonus (Next day credit for all proposed business) [Average bonus 2004 = £17650 with 38% of advisers exceeding this] -> Top 10% of advisers averaged £72,750 -> Optional car scheme CRITERIA The bank is happy to consider applications from anyone with Full FPC and a proven sales track record (could be in another industry).
