| Our client has been established since 1992 and since 2000 they have been providing a unique concept whereby they work with Clients for the entire length of their mortgage - reducing the term of the mortgage and hence saving considerables sums while ensuring full protection throughout. They work primarily in the remortgage market and work with the whole of the mortgage market. The service is based on a one-off fee to the client with 25% of the work being sub-prime / right to buy and retains the company to provide annual reviews for the full lenth of the mortgage. There are currently 8 consultants working out of the offices in central Birmingham and they plan to grow to 15 plus 3 team leaders in 2005 with a considerable sum being invested into the company to facilitate this growth. The role is fully lead provided and the company never advertises as they work from referrals and their extensive database - occasionally they do buy in external data. Full in-house administration and underwriting services are available so you can concentrate on doing what you do best - selling! We are looking for CeMAP qualified individuals with a minimum of 2 years recent mortgage sales experience. In addition - you should be hungry, passionate, motivated, committed, ambitious, dedicated, tenacious, driven and hard working. The package includes: -> Basic salary £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience -> Mileage allowance of £450 per month paid tax-free -> Extensive bonus / commission scheme -> Laptop and mobile phone provided |

| Our client is a local, directly registered IFA brokerage based in the Blackburn area. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic mortgage broker with 12+ months experience along with Full FPC, CAS and CeMAP or MAQ. You can be either home or office based. The company runs seminars and direct advertising to bring you 5-10 qualified leads per week. These are high-quality leads with an average case size of £100,000. The bonus scheme is based on your conversion rate to sales with the provided leads on a monthly basis. 100% conversion = £300 per month, 90% = £200 and 80% = £100. The package is self-employed but is structured so that you get a guaranteed minimum earnings of £20,000 per year which will rise after your first 6 months. Initially you will require your own car but once the 6 month probationary period is complete, you will get a company car or allowance. Full travel expenses will be paid while you use your own car. |
