Major High Street banking group are looking to recruit experienced or trainee financial advisers to work with the groups strong product range. This is a branch based tied advice role with full lead support from the branch network. As with all bancassurance positions, your ability to generate and develop internal relations with the branch staff will greatly improve the volume and quality of your leads so the bank is ideally looking for applicants coming from a bank background.

GROUP CRITERIA [Specific criteria will be listed above where appropriate]
-> The group are able to consider applicants in all areas regardless of CAS status.

They need pro-active Team Focused individuals who are driven to succeed. You will be working with an IFA-Strength product range and quality client leads supplied from targeted branch staff. You will be dealing with a combination of Retail and HNW clients and you should have the ability to adapt your style accordingly. You will be working closely with other members of the branch staff so current team & rapport building skills will guarantee success.

REQUIREMENTS:
-> Full FPC or CeFA
-> A minimum of 12 months Regulated Sales experience
-> A minimum of 6 months cumulative post-CAS experience within the last 24 months (you do not necessarily have to be CAS currently)
-> Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years - exceptions made for Redundancies etc)

IFA arm of one of the biggest Banking & Financial Services groups in the world is looking to recruit experienced & trainee financial advisers. You will be set up either with a home-office or in a local office / branch depending on the location.

The role could entail a variety of Corporate and Personal HNW independent financial advice although the exact mix will vary depending on the location.

For Corporate work you will be working closely with a team of 5-8 local Small Business Banking Managers with small-medium Ltd Companies / Partnerships on their Protection / Pensions requirements in addition to the personal planning for the directors and partners. The Business Banking managers are generally targeted to produce £25k gross commission worth of leads per year so the potential to write business and earn bonus is good.

Your ability to develop internal relationships with these business introducers is key to your success - historically people from a bancassurance environment or IFAs who have worked with professional introducers are particularly strong at this.

For Personal planning you will receive leads from the branch network and the Private Client Banking division so again internal communication skills are important.

Prior experience of the corporate market varies based on the requirements of the local Sales Manager - but it is not often required so if in doubt, contact us to discuss.

IFA experience and/or AFPCs would be a plus - but again these are not essential.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
The minimum Group HR requirements for ALL applicants are as follows:
1. Full FPC / CeFA or Equivalent

HNW Bank IFA (OTE 60-70k) Basic 26-39k + car allowance + final salary + bonus etc
One of Europe's leading Financial Services groups is looking to expand its face-to-face Independent Financial Services arm. Whilst you will work alongside the tied Bank based sales force where the tied products are not best suited to their clients, you should expect to be more pro-active in gaining referrals and generating new business yourself. Typically you will be covering a larger territory than a tied adviser and in most cases will cover a number of branch locations with the flexibility to see clients on their own premises or out of hours on occasion. The IFA sales force structure their advisers based on the type of client you can expect to deal with and vacancies exist for Personal, Corporate and a mixture of the two.

REQUIREMENTS:
-> Full FPC or CeFA
-> A minimum of 3 years Regulated Sales experience
-> A minimum of 2 years cumulative post-CAS experience (you do not necessarily have to be CAS currently)
-> Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years - exceptions made for Redundancies etc)

PACKAGE:
A superb package is on offer with recent changes to the 2004 remuneration scheme introducing a more simplified commission structure with unlimited bonus. Shared targets with Lead providers (Their targets mirror/exceed advisers). The package consists of the following:
-> Basic salary £25,700 to £38,600
-> Regional Large Town Allowance up to £3,450
-> Quarterly Sales Bonus
-> Annual business quality bonus (up to £10,000)

HNW IFA - South East 25-50k basic + car allowance + pension + bonus : OTE 45-90k+
Established Financial Advisers required to join one of the countries most successful National IFA companies. Dealing with A&B customers you will be providing advice on the full range of products with particular attention to IHT, Long Term Care & Investment Planning. The South East region is where this company started and where they have the strongest name awareness and brand loyalty amongst clients and introducers. This is the top performing region in the country and despite only having 35 RI's, their production alone in 2003 puts them in the top 30 nationally of IFA companies with £6.5 million in fee & commission income and £1.75 million in profit. Unlike the rest of the country, the SE Region has over 9000 unallocated HNW clients and as such, there is no specific requirement for you to have an existing client bank.

The company sits on the Solicitors & Accountancy panel and have a good source of professional introducers. In addition to this there is a wide range of sales support and expertise to fall back on.

The company firmly believes in Financial Advice rather than product sales - and as such you will need to have evidence of achievement with a holistic approach.

The main office is in Bracknell - although the company is fully geared towards field-based consultants and you have the option of working from the offices if you are within commuting distance.

PACKAGE:
This company is one of the few to provide a Renewal Buy-Out scheme. The package consists of the following:
-> Basic £25,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience, qualifications & clients)
-> Quarterly Bonus
-> Car Allowance (approx £5k depending on grade) + expenses
-> 10% non-contributory GPP

-> DIS
-> Renewal Buyout scheme
-> State of the art Laptop and all home-office technology (regardless of whether you are home of office based)
