Area Sales Manager - Bancassurance £30-45k basic + bonus + non-contrib final salary + car + banking benefits
One of Europe's leading Financial Services groups is looking to expand its face-to-face Financial Services offering through its nationwide network of High Street banks. They are looking for experienced and currently successful managers to help drive their business forward.

You will have current CAS and CSS and will ideally have experience managing a bancassurance team although managers from other sectors are welcome to apply. Must be experienced managers - ideally with H15. Should have good team league table and P60 earnings should be strong.

Our client has expressed an interest in viewing CVs from strong applicants in this area for a potential vacancy on the horizon. With this in mind it is probably not best suited to candidates currently out of work but rather those interested in what other roles are out there.

£29,568 to £44,352 Basic Salary (avg £37k) + bonus + non-contrib final salary + car + banking benefits.

The bonus scheme includes a quarterly bonus based on the performance of your team (average £1500-£3500 per qtr), annual bonus based on appraisal over various measures pays up to 20% of basic salary, profit share (whilst not guaranteed) has been 10% of basic salary for the last several years.

Major High Street banking group are looking to recruit experienced or trainee financial advisers to work with the groups strong product range. This is a branch based tied advice role with full lead support from the branch network. As with all bancassurance positions, your ability to generate and develop internal relations with the branch staff will greatly improve the volume and quality of your leads so the bank is ideally looking for applicants coming from a bank background.

GROUP CRITERIA [Specific criteria will be listed above where appropriate]
-> The group are able to consider applicants in all areas regardless of CAS status.
-> Some vacancies have lower or higher criteria and are specified with the vacancy location
-> If you only have Mortgage Advice experience you are still able to apply in some areas as long as you have FPC / CeFA and have face-to-face sales experience

Corporate Financial Adviser (OTE circa 50-60k) Basic up to 39k + car + final salary + banking benefits + bonus etc
One of Europe's leading Financial Services groups is looking to expand its face-to-face Financial Services offering to its corporate clients through the nationwide network of High Street banks & Business Centres. They need pro-active Team Focused individuals who are driven to succeed. You will be working with an IFA-Strength product range and quality client leads supplied from targeted and experienced business managers. The retail bank split business accounts into three categories to help indicate the level of clients you could be dealing with. Business = turnover of £0-1 million, Corporate = turnover of £1-10 million, Commercial = turnover of £10+ million.

REQUIREMENTS:
-> Full FPC or CeFA
-> A minimum of 3 years Regulated Sales experience
-> A minimum of 12 months cumulative post-CAS experience within the last 24 months (you do not necessarily have to be CAS currently)
-> Requirements for previous business sector experience vary at a local level and is not often essential.
