One of Europe's leading Financial Services groups is looking to expand its face-to-face Financial Services offering through its nationwide network of High Street banks. They are looking for experienced and currently successful managers to help drive their business forward.
You will have current CAS and CSS and will ideally have experience managing a bancassurance team although managers from other sectors are welcome to apply.

One of the leading IFA groups they are one of the three IFA firms recommended by the Law Society to its members and it's clientele falls into the A&B demographics. They are part of a larger European IFA Group with over 5,500 IFAs and 1.25 million private clients.
The Group has a holistic and lifetime approach to advisory services. Currently 64% of group revenue comes from long-term asset formation and retirement planning although their advisers do also get involved in Corporate and other areas.
They are looking for technically strong consultants - ideally demonstrated by AFPC qualifications or CFP status. However, you must also be able to demonstrate consistent production levels of at least £100,000 Gross Commission / Fees.
They are able to discuss both Schedule D&E contracts.

One of the leading European banking organisations is looking to expand its team of regulated Private Banking Managers by recruiting mature and self-confident individuals who can interact well with people of influence. You will proactively build and develop a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing advice on a wide range of financial matters, in order to maximise the level of client service & provision of cross sales opportunities. You will have the support of a Private Banking Officer who will assist with a variety of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS: -> Full FPC or CeFA -> A minimum of 12 months Regulated Sales experience -> A minimum of 12 months cumulative post-CAS experience (you do not necessarily have to be CAS currently) -> Whilst not an essential for every location, preference will always be given to candidates with exposure to Retail Banking and Regulated Sales. -> Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years - exceptions made for Redundancies etc)
PACKAGE: A superb package is on offer with recent changes to the 2004 remuneration scheme introducing a more simplified commission structure with unlimited bonus. Shared targets with Lead providers (Their targets mirror/exceed advisers).
