| Details Regional practice of this National IFA are looking to expand by recruiting a hungry and experienced adviser. This is a relatively young practice but the principle has over 14 years Financial Services experience. You could be from either a Tied or IFA background but must have sufficient clients to support yourself initially. Full admin support is available and a marketing budget is available which will increase with your production levels. You should be producing the equivalent of at least 70-80k Gross Commission currently. Commission levels are negotiable but a guide is 55-75% which is dependent on production levels. There is the potential to take an equity share in the practice for the right person. |
