| Details Our client is a local, directly registered IFA brokerage based in the Blackburn area. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic mortgage broker with 12+ months experience along with Full FPC, CAS and CeMAP or MAQ. You can be either home or office based. The company runs seminars and direct advertising to bring you 5-10 qualified leads per week. These are high-quality leads with an average case size of £100,000. The bonus scheme is based on your conversion rate to sales with the provided leads on a monthly basis. 100% conversion = £300 per month, 90% = £200 and 80% = £100. The package is self-employed but is structured so that you get a guaranteed minimum earnings of £20,000 per year which will rise after your first 6 months. Initially you will require your own car but once the 6 month probationary period is complete, you will get a company car or allowance. Full travel expenses will be paid while you use your own car. |
