| Details One of the leading Banking groups is looking to recruit achievement orientated Financial Advisers. You will cover between 1 & 4 branches depending on location and will have a team of introducers including Personal Bankers, Cashiers, Mortgage Specialists and Branch Managers. The average number of introducers per adviser is 8-12. You will be selling across a highly successful product range including: Life, PHI, Critical Illness, Stakeholder, Mortgage Protection, Unit Trust Portfolios, Discretionary Management Portfolios and With Profits / Investment Bonds. PACKAGE - Average earnings £39,900 in 2004 (including non-industry trainees) -> Basic = £26k -> Car or Allowance (can be taken as cash) -> 20% pension contribution (17% from company, 3% from you) -> Regional Large Town Allowance up to £3,550 -> Negotiable Guarantees available depending on background -> 4x DIS -> Private Patient Plan -> Pension Top-up Scheme -> Mortgage Subsidy -> Share Save Scheme ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS The minimum Group HR requirements for ALL applicants are as follows: 1. Full FPC / CeFA or Equivalent 2. Current total earnings at or above the level of the basic salary for the role you are applying 3. Stable work history (no more than 3 moves in 5 years) The group can consider applicants from those currently or recently working as Financial Advisers as well as those working in roles related to Regulates Sales such as: Broker Consultant, Sales Trainer, Paraplanner, Sales Manager, General Insurance sales, Mortgage consultant, Stockbroker, Senior Retail Banking staff. |
